*Our packages here are priced at $80 per hour. Any extra hours requested will be priced at $90 per hour. If your invoice remains unpaid, we will offer your booking date to another paying client. If you do not like our services, we offer refunds and rectification cleans. Thank you, Dreamers!

TERMS

Terms and Conditions - Dream Cleaners 1. General Terms 1.1 By booking our cleaning services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein. 1.2 Dream Cleaners reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the cust omer’s responsibility to review them periodically. 2. Services Offered 2.1 Dream Cleaners provides full house deep cleans, end of tenancy/pre-settlement cleans, carpet cleaning, upholestery cleaning, single and double room deep cleans, new build cleans, exterior window and house wash cleans, garden weeding and commercial cleans (enquire within). 2.2 Additional charges will apply for homes that require more hours worked than stated within the package the client has booked. 2.3 Dream Cleaners require a list of rooms and tasks that needd heavier focus so as to not leave such things unattented if client is not wanting to pay overtime. 2.4 The number of cleaners attending the site may vary depending on factors such as the size of the property. 3. Booking and Payment 3.1 Clients will book a clean and pay for it on the final screen or upon receiving the invoice ("Pay Later"). When a client chooses the "Pay Later" option, they will be sent an invoice with specific payment instructions and the invoice is to be paid on arrival. All cleans are paid in advance. Our services are priced at $80 per hour of the amount of hours stated in the service package ordered. 3.2 Services requested onsite will be paid by invoice after we perform them. 4. Additional Charges 4.1 Dream Cleaners reserves the right to charge an additional fee of up to 25% of the original price if a property requires heavy mould removal, baked on grease for ovens, overlayered grease and grime and extra effort generally. If our cleaners are still cleaning past the hours stated in the package price, there will be a fee of $90 per hour thereafter. 5. Scope of Services 5.1 See 2.1 5.2 Additional services requested during the cleaning process will be added to the final payment by invoice. 6. Damages and Liability 6.1 In the event that one of our cleaners damages an item in the client’s home, Dream Cleaners will compensate the client for no less than 100% of the damaged item’s value through liability insurance. 7. Timeliness and Communication 7.1 While Dream Cleaners strives to be punctual, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. However, we will always communicate with the client regarding the next available time slot or estimated arrival time. 8. Occupancy during Cleaning 8.1 Dream Cleaners requests that the property is unoccupied during the cleaning process to facilitate our team’s work. However, we understand that this may not always be possible. 9. Customer Satisfaction 9.1 If a customer is not satisfied with the cleaning job, Dream Cleaners will schedule a follow-up visit to assess any issues and determine responsibility for any shortcomings. 10. Cancellations and Refunds 10.1 We have a notice period of 24 hours for booking cancellation. 10.2 Dream Cleaners does not provide refunds for completed services that meet the agreed-upon specifications. However we will refund if our team neglected to perform the services agreed upon and only for those specific tasks or services. 11. Late Payments 11.1 In case of non-payment of the final invoice, Dream Cleaners will issue gentle reminders to the customer before escalating to a more assertive collection process. 11.2 A grace period of at least 1 week will be provided before considering involving debt collectors. 12. Published content 12.1 When you book our services, you agree to let us take before and after photos. We may also post these photos on our website as a testimony to our services unlesss you, as the client, specifically ask for us not to do so. 13. Governing Law 13.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
